Fan's NASCAR accident video returns to YouTube after takedown

NBCNews, February 25, 2013

Kyle Larson (32) goes airborne and into the catch fence during a multi-car crash involving Justin Allgaier (31), Brian Scott (2) and others during the final lap of the NASCAR Nationwide Series auto race at Daytona International Speedway, Feb. 23, 2013, in Daytona Beach. Larson's crash sent car parts and other debris flying into the stands injuring spectators.

When a YouTube video is taken down for copyright infringement, most people get it: Don't post videos that are someone else's legal property. But when YouTube quickly re-posts a video it had pulled, that's an unusual step for the largest video-sharing site in the world.
