BELLE GLADE — One man is dead and another is facing a first-degree murder charge after a fatal shooting late Sunday at a rodeo in Belle Glade, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said. A judge Tuesday ordered Luis Garcia, 26, of Belle Glade to be held without bail at the Palm Beach County Jail.
